Daytime Postpartum Doula Support

Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another child, you'll receive individualized support that respects your family's values and goals.

Services may include:

  • Newborn care assistance - infant soothing techniques, safe sleep guidance, breastfeeding/pumping/ bottle feeding support

  • Recovery support for Mom

  • Emotional support for parents

  • Light housekeeping - tidying, laundry, restocking baby essentials, dishwashing

  • Meal prep

  • Referrals to community resources

  • Sibling adjustment assistance

20 hours of care (four 5 hour shifts): $1,000
24 hours of care (four 6 hour shifts): $1,200
25 hours of care (five 5 hour shifts): $1,250
30 hours of care (five 6 hour shifts): $1,500

Overnight Postpartum Doula Support

The priority of overnight doula support is sleep for the whole family. "Noisier" services will not take place during an overnight session and will consist of primarily infant care - feeding, burping, diapering, soothing, and safe infant sleep as well as bottle and pump parts washing.

8 Hour Minimum - between 8pm and 6am
$60/hour

Baby Prep Session

Together we'll prepare your home, nursery, and mind for the arrival of your baby.

During this session, we may:

  • Prepare and organize the nursery

  • Stock essential baby items

  • Wash + put away baby's clothes; organize baby's closet/dresser

  • Bedroom preparation

  • Assemble birth bag

  • Bathroom wipe down + reset

  • Kitchen wipe down + reset

  • Choose meals + create grocery list; Pantry + ingredient inventory


4 hour session - $300

Parent Coaching Session

Parenting doesn't come with a manual, but you don't have to do it alone.

Together we'll work through challenges such as:

  • Newborn routines

  • Sleep guidance

  • Toddler behavior

  • Positive discipline

  • Parent confidence

  • Family communication

  • Building healthy routines

  • Supporting milestones


$250/session (includes Meet & Greet, Observations, Review & Recommend)

Every family experiences seasons when a little extra help makes a big difference.

  • Household organization

  • Kitchen wipe down + reset

  • Bathroom wipe down + reset

  • Tidying

  • Dishwashing

  • Laundry: washing + folding

  • Pantry + ingredient inventory
